Frequently Asked Questions

You can click on appointments , fill out the form with your information and the day/time that suits you best for a doctor appointment. You will get an e-mail or call from our team to confirm your GP appointment. Please note: you are only scheduled to come in after we confirm the appointment either by phone or e-mail.

Yes, all appointments will be charged.

We will accept online payments, or card / cash payments in the clinic. Bank transfers are not accepted. Please note, at the moment we are unable to accept Medical Cards, Visit Cards or any Insurance provider.

Charges for your doctor consultation will apply in accordance with the medical services you need. The consultation price for new patients is €60 and €50 for registered patients. Online consultations are €40. Click here to see our full pricing list.

Yes. A students discount of €20 is available for the first consultation only. This discount is not cumulative and is valid for presential consultations only.

Yes. Both new and returning patients are more than welcome to register at our clinic in Dublin and to visit our doctor always when necessary. Click here to book your appointment to get registered as our patient. Please note, at the moment we are unable to accept Medical Cards, Visit Cards or any Insurance provider.

Yes. Online doctor consultations are available and can be used when a physical examination may not be necessary. Repeat prescription can be sent to a pharmacy of your choice. Please note: for a doctor online consultation, payment is taken in advance and is non-refundable. Prescription can only be sent out to a pharmacy if the doctor has seen you in person before and you have a continuing treatment. Get in touch if you have a question.

We work under flexible opening hours. Currently, our opening times are: Mon-Wed 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Please note we close for lunch time (Mon-Thurs 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM) and our clinic is closed on weekends.

If you need to cancel your consultation for any reason prior to your appointment time, contact us via email or phone call to make the cancelation. Pre-paid consultations have free-cancelation policy up to 24h before your appointing time.

If you miss your consultation for any reason, please contact us to rearrange your appointment for the next available time slot. Please note online consultations are non-refundable and for that reason a reschedule with the same payment is not possible.

Yes. We are happy to see you anytime during opening hours, but please note there may be a wait as our appointments take priority. Whenever possible, please try to book your appointment in advance.

Yes. Our doctor is able to prescribe medication when there is need for it.

For sure. Our doctor will analyse each situation and refer you to another health professional (a hospital or specialist) when necessary.

At the moment, unfortunately no. We only work with private consultations and a few of the HSE free-of-charge programmes. Click here to check our services’ list.

Blood test samples are only collected in the morning (until 12pm), from Monday to Thursday.

In most types of tests, yes, you should fast for a minimum of 8 hours prior to taking your blood sample. Click here to get in touch if you have further questions about it.

Blood tests or any other results usually come back to us in about 2 weeks’ time. The doctor will give you a call to discuss them or schedule a return consultation when necessary.
